Reflecting on an incredible few days at the International Fresh Produce Association’s Global Produce & Floral Show (IFPA), our team came away energized by the conversations, insights, and excitement shared across the industry.
At the booth, we cooked up samples of our award-winning Roastables, sparking conversations about how fresh vegetables can meet today’s consumers where they are: time-starved, quality-conscious, and seeking premium convenience without compromising quality.
We gave an inside look at our first-to-market innovation launching in early 2026. A new product shaped by what we’ve learned about consumer behavior and how people actually shop, cook, and eat:
- No prep stress. Veggies should be easy, not intimidating.
- Real life friendly. For the days you’re short on time but still want quality.
- From fridge to table. Fresh veggies that fit into any routine.

The response? Overwhelmingly positive. It reinforces what we have long believed: that today’s “shortcut culture” isn’t about cutting corners or laziness—it’s about smarter choices and spending your time freely. Removing barriers so everyone can enjoy fresh, nutritious food with ease.

A huge thank you to our retail partners and buyers who carved out time in their packed schedules to stop by, taste, and talk about what’s ahead. Your insights into what shoppers are asking for, what’s working, and where the gaps are help us build better solutions together.
One theme came through loud and clear: there’s a real appetite for a more consumer-driven approach to fresh vegetable marketing. Not just product innovation, but storytelling that connects with how people actually cook and live. We’re excited to be part of that shift and to keep pushing the category forward alongside partners who get it.

We left IFPA inspired and future-focused, ready to keep leading the way in making fresh more accessible, relatable, and rewarding.
