As the largest artichoke grower in North America, we are happy to shoulder the big responsibility of protecting the land we grow on, providing quality and safe fresh produce everyday, and taking care of the dedicated employees that make this possible. For nearly 100 years, we have been perfecting our methods for growing, harvesting, packing and shipping, and these century-long improvements have positioned us to be the agriculture leader that we are today. I want to reassure you that we are doubling down on this priority even as demand increases and many of you are faced with preparing all of your meals at home. It is paramount during a time like this that you have peace of mind that your food is being handled with care.
Each time I'm in the field, the cooler or just around the office, I am reminded of the dedicated teams that take extra care and tremendous pride in the work they are doing.
