The Food Safety Supervisor works under the direction of the Field Operations Manager. This position is responsible for designing, developing and leading the implementation of the systems for measuring and managing conformity to Agricultural Practices (GAP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Leafy Greens Marketing Agreement (LGMA), National Organic Program (NOP), Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)/EPA and other established regulatory, industry and proprietary standards in all regions of the company’s operations including the Salinas Valley, Huron, Coachella and Yuma Arizona.
* Travel and seasonal relocation to areas such as Castroville, CA; Coachella, CA; Huron, CA and Yuma, Arizona is required.
The Truck Driver is responsible for hauling product, harvest equipment and packaging materials to the surrounding areas of California- Castroville, Coachella, and Huron; and Arizona-Yuma.
The Procurement Manager is responsible for coordinating the purchase and delivery of all needed raw materials on a just-in-time basis to satisfy the daily/weekly demand schedules of the value-added processing plant. This includes ensured that the established raw sourcing plan is optimized to deliver the highest quality and best economics to the facility.
