The Administrative Accounting Associate reports to the Plant Controller. This position functions as an entry level accountant responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable with some General Ledger accounting tasks.
The Ranch Manager is responsible for managing the daily farming operations.

The employee is a member of a cleaning crew whose duties are to clean and sanitize non-food contact surfaces in a relatively short time period between the production shifts. The worker is required to work in an environment which is wet, humid and undergoes extreme temperature changes, and is very cold. The worker must be flexible and willing to perform varying tasks as instructed and in accordance with all safety guidelines mandated by the employer. High School Diploma or an equivalent preferred; requires continuing education in supervision, safety and other job-related areas.
The Chief Financial Officer serves as a member of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for leading the finance, accounting, and information technology functions of the corporation and its subsidiaries. This position will drive the metrics, processes and forecasting to support our growth and decision making while ensuring our financial health.
This position plans and implements all Ocean Mist Farms and related entities’ Safety & HR programs to ensure a safe work environment and compliance required by the company and all regulatory agencies. This position coordinates and implements safety, injury and illness prevention programs, conducts training, investigates accidents, and identifies possible causes, recommends corrective action, and provides effective compliance support. This role will also provide personnel policy and procedure guidance and counseling to managers and conduct employee relations investigations. This role requires a strong presence at all our field, cooler and plant operations.
The Corporate Receptionist manages the company’s main lobby reception area demonstrating superior customer service and as a member of the HR team will assist with any administrative support as requested.
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for assisting with clerical functions related to Accounts Payable, Payroll and other associated duties. Essentially, job responsibilities are divided 50/50 between Accounts Payable and Payroll tasks.
This position is located in Castroville, California and reports directly to the Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager under general supervision. The Quality Assurance Inspector will perform inspections on all commodities. Work schedule will be Monday – Saturday, with variable hours as needed to fulfill job responsibility; Sunday and holidays as required. Travel and seasonal relocation will be required to our remote facilities and surrounding areas.
The Food Safety Supervisor works under the direction of the Field Operations Manager. This position is responsible for designing, developing and leading the implementation of the systems for measuring and managing conformity to Agricultural Practices (GAP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Leafy Greens Marketing Agreement (LGMA), National Organic Program (NOP), Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)/EPA and other established regulatory, industry and proprietary standards in all regions of the company’s operations including the Salinas Valley, Huron, Coachella and Yuma Arizona.
