  • Good source of vitamin C
  • Choose firm, bright-color roots with green tops
  • Avoid withered, soft radishes with yellow tops
  • Wrap in plastic then store in refrigerator crisper section for up to 1-2 weeks.
  • Thoroughly wash before use
  • Entire radish is edible, but the larger radish leaves are more bitter if consumed raw
