Sweet Baby Broccoli

Sweet baby broccoli can be used just like bunch broccoli. The mild flavor and soft texture makes it more appealing for certain recipes. Sweet baby broccoli florets are very versatile. Use them as an ingredient in almost any dish or serve blanched as a unique crudité. Brush with olive oil and salt/pepper before cooking to add flavor to any side dish, salad, stir fry or roasted vegetable medley.

Growing &Harvest

Ocean Mist Farms sweet baby broccoli is grown from seed in a commercial greenhouse and then transplanted directly into a field location chosen for a specific micro-climate. Thanks to our perfectly suited California growing regions, we are able to grow our great-tasting, nutritious sweet baby broccoli year-round. Depending on the time of year, it takes between 60 to 115 days to reach harvest time. Each bunch of sweet baby broccoli is harvested by hand and each plant may be harvested three to six times.
