Mash the artichoke hearts. Add oatmeal, flour, and eggs. Mix well.
Blend mixture with the remaining ingredients.
Place mixture in a greased 9x5x3 loaf pan.
Mix all sauce ingredients together and layer on top of the loaf.
Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. Check halfway through cooking time to make sure the sauce is not burning. If it does start burning, cover loosely with foil and continue time.
