1 large Ocean Mist Farms artichoke, finely chop & cooked (artichoke stem, heart and crown set aside for bread; save cooked petals for healthy snacking)
4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
1-3/4 cup buttermilk
1 large egg
3 Tbsp. fresh orange zest
