Ingredients

  • 15 oz. Ocean Mist Farms artichoke hearts
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and chop until creamy. May need to add extra olive oil for increased creaminess.
