										Ingredients
- 15 oz. Ocean Mist Farms artichoke hearts
 - ¼ cup olive oil
 - Juice of 2 lemons
 - 2 cloves garlic
 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Directions
- Place all ingredients in food processor and chop until creamy. May need to add extra olive oil for increased creaminess.
