Ingredients
- 12 Ocean Mist Farms baby artichokes, cooked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 oz. parmigiano-reggiano cheese
- 16 slices cocktail rye toast
Directions
- Mix mayonnaise and cheese; place mixture in a pastry bag. Cut artichokes in quarter pieces and set aside.
- Place rye slices on a baking sheet. Top each bread slice with an artichoke quarter and squeeze mayonnaise-cheese mixture onto artichoke. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
