Balsamic Artichoke & Chicken Spaghetti Squash Bake

Once you cook your spaghetti squash, artichoke hearts and chicken, all you have to do is mix them in a bowl with your favorite balsamic vinaigrette!

Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash, cooked & strands removed
  • 5 Ocean Mist Farms artichoke hearts, cooked and chopped
  • 4 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl combine cooked spaghetti squash, artichoke hearts, chicken and balsamic vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture into a casserole dish and bake for 10 minutes.
