Ingredients
- 1 bag of Ocean Mist Farms Value-Added Brussels Sprouts Halves
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
Caesar Dressing
- 1/4 cup paleo mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Juice and zest from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
1. Open the package of Brussels sprouts, and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Seal, shake to disperse the seasoning, then microwave for 4-5 minutes according to package instructions.
2. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a baking pan in a single layer and broil for 5 minutes until browned and crispy.
3. Transfer to a bowl, then in another bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the Caesar dressing.
4. Pour the dressing over the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
