Ingredients

Mac and Cheese:

  • 1 box of Mac and cheese (such as Kraft or Annie’s)
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons Buffalo sauce (depending on your preferred heat level)

Garnish (Optional):

  • *¼ cup Green onions, chopped
  • *Blue cheese crumbles or Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • *Buffalo sauce

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450ºF.

Roastables:

  1. Follow the bag preparation instructions for the Cauliflower and place on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes until golden and tender.

Mac and Cheese:

  1. Cook the mac and cheese according to the directions on the box.
  2. Fold-in the cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and cooked Roastables Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower.

Assembly:

  1. Portion the mac and cheese into four bowls and garnish as desired with green onions, cheese, and a drizzle of buffalo sauce.
