Ingredients
Mac and Cheese:
- 1 box of Mac and cheese (such as Kraft or Annie’s)
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Tablespoons Buffalo sauce (depending on your preferred heat level)
Garnish (Optional):
- *¼ cup Green onions, chopped
- *Blue cheese crumbles or Cheddar cheese, shredded
- *Buffalo sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Roastables:
- Follow the bag preparation instructions for the Cauliflower and place on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes until golden and tender.
Mac and Cheese:
- Cook the mac and cheese according to the directions on the box.
- Fold-in the cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and cooked Roastables Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower.
Assembly:
- Portion the mac and cheese into four bowls and garnish as desired with green onions, cheese, and a drizzle of buffalo sauce.
