


Ingredients
Shrimp:
- 1 pound Shrimp
- 3 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Caesar Dressing:
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 garlic Clove, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Roastables:
- Follow the bag preparation instructions for the Cauliflower and place on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes until golden and tender.
Shrimp:
- Whisk together marinade ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Place shrimp in marinade for 30 minutes.
- After broccoli has been cooking for 10-12 minutes, remove from oven and transfer shrimp to the Roastables sheet tray and bake for 6-8 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Caesar Dressing:
- In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste (if using), minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking, until the dressing is smooth and emulsified. Set aside.
Assembly:
- Drizzle dressing over the cauliflower and shrimp.
