Ingredients
3 cups mayonnaise
1 cup lemon juice
1-½ cup Ocean Mist Farms Italian parsley, chopped
1 ½ cup Ocean Mist Farms fresh cilantro, chopped
½ oz. peeled garlic
2 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. toasted and ground whole cumin seeds
1-½ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. sea salt
¾ tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp. Spanish paprika
Directions
Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and fold in mayonnaise. Add lemon last to taste and add consistency.
3-day shelf life. This sauce is best used fresh.
