Chermoula Mayonnaise – great dipping sauce for artichokes!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1-½ cup Ocean Mist Farms Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1 ½ cup Ocean Mist Farms fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ oz. peeled garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted and ground whole cumin seeds
  • 1-½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sea salt
  • ¾ tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Spanish paprika

Directions

  1. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and fold in mayonnaise. Add lemon last to taste and add consistency.

3-day shelf life. This sauce is best used fresh.
