Chermoula Mayonnaise – great dipping sauce for artichokes!

Ingredients
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1-½ cup Ocean Mist Farms Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 ½ cup Ocean Mist Farms fresh cilantro, chopped
- ½ oz. peeled garlic
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. toasted and ground whole cumin seeds
- 1-½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt
- ¾ tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Spanish paprika
Directions
- Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and fold in mayonnaise. Add lemon last to taste and add consistency.
3-day shelf life. This sauce is best used fresh.
