Ingredients
- 2 medium Ocean Mist Farms artichokes, cooked
- 1 bag (8 oz.) mexican four cheeses shredded blend
- 1 can (6 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies, drained
- ½ cup Ocean Mist Farms cilantro, chopped
Directions
- In medium microwaveable bowl, stir together cheeses, milk and chilies. Microwave on high until melted, stirring once (about 2 minutes).
- Stir in cilantro.
- Arrange artichokes on serving plate(s). Spoon hot cheese mixture into center of each artichoke. Garnish with additional cilantro, if you’d like.
