Ingredients
- 1½ cups cooked Ocean Mist Farms large artichokes, chopped
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Garlic powder, to taste
Directions
- Combine equal amounts Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Add garlic powder. Add diced artichokes and combine with cheese mixture.
- Artichoke dip may be served cold or heated 10 to 20 minutes in 350°F oven or until cheese is melted (do not heat in microwave).
- Serve with pita chips, baguette bread slices or fresh vegetables.
