Cold Artichoke Dip

Always a crowd-pleaser! This artichoke dip recipe is ideal for making the night before and can be served cold or hot!

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups cooked Ocean Mist Farms large artichokes, chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Garlic powder, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine equal amounts Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Add garlic powder. Add diced artichokes and combine with cheese mixture.
  2. Artichoke dip may be served cold or heated 10 to 20 minutes in 350°F oven or until cheese is melted (do not heat in microwave).
  3. Serve with pita chips, baguette bread slices or fresh vegetables.
