10 artichokes (small baby artichokes)
1 egg
½ cup beer
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic salt
½ cup Bisquick
½ cup flour
½ tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped (or 2 Tbsp. of parsley flakes)
