Ingredients
12 Ocean Mist Farms Baby Artichokes, rinsed and trimmed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Juice from one Lemon
3 Garlic cloves, quartered for stuffing
2 sheets of heavy duty foil (big enough to make a foil pouch for 12 Baby Artichokes)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425oF.
- Insert one Garlic sliver into the center of each Baby Artichoke. Place Baby Artichokes in the middle of double layered foil.
- Squeeze Artichokes with Lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic salt.
- Gather foil from all four corners (making a foil pouch by crimping foil at the top and not allowing steam to escape).
- Place Artichoke pouch on baking sheet and place in hot oven. Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove pouch from oven and allow to sit for 10 minutes before opening. Use caution when opening since steam from pouch is very hot. Enjoy!
