Ingredients

  • 1 bunch radishes, washed and thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 3 handfuls shredded Ocean Mist Farms kale mix
  • 2 tbsp. chopped Ocean Mist Farms cilantro
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil

Directions

  • Combine coconut aminos, honey, ground ginger, garlic powder and sesame oil in a small bowl and whisk to combine for the dressing.
  • Toss radishes, cucumber, carrot, kale mix and cilantro with the dressing.
