Ingredients
- 1 bunch radishes, washed and thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 3 handfuls shredded Ocean Mist Farms kale mix
- 2 tbsp. chopped Ocean Mist Farms cilantro
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
Directions
- Combine coconut aminos, honey, ground ginger, garlic powder and sesame oil in a small bowl and whisk to combine for the dressing.
- Toss radishes, cucumber, carrot, kale mix and cilantro with the dressing.
