Gochujang Tofu – Roastables Broccoli Sweet Teriyaki

Ingredients

Gochujang Sauce:

  • ¼ cup Gochujang
  • 1 Tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece Ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF with the rack placed in the center position.

Roastables:

  1. Follow the bag preparation instructions for the Broccoli and place on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes until golden and tender.
  2. Once cooked sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Gochujang Sauce:

  1. Whisk together gochujang ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
  2. Reserve 2 Tablespoons of the sauce for drizzling.

Tofu:

  1. Toss tofu cubes into corn starch and gochujang sauce. Place tofu cubes on the
    baking sheet.

Cook time:

  1. Cook sheet tray for 15-18 minutes. Tofu should be golden brown and crispy.

Assembly:

  1. Drizzle with reserved gochujang sauce.
  2. Garnish with green onions. Combine and serve with Sweet Teriyaki Broccoli.
