Grilled Artichokes with Mango-Pineapple Salsa

A wonderful, tropical dip for artichoke leaves!

Dietary Preferences:



  • 4 grilled Ocean Mist Farms artichokes, cut into halves
  • 1 can (15 oz.) pineapple chunks (or two cups fresh)
  • 3 Ocean Mist Farms green onions, chopped
  • 1 large mango, peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup fresh Ocean Mist Farms Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup roasted red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • Garlic salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Chop pineapple, green onions, mango, and parsley into small pieces. Place in bowl. Add in red pepper, lime juice, garlic salt and pepper and mix until combined.
  2. Fill artichoke halves with salsa and serve chilled.
