A wonderful, tropical dip for artichoke leaves!

Ingredients
- 4 grilled Ocean Mist Farms artichokes, cut into halves
- 1 can (15 oz.) pineapple chunks (or two cups fresh)
- 3 Ocean Mist Farms green onions, chopped
- 1 large mango, peeled and cubed
- ½ cup fresh Ocean Mist Farms Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 cup roasted red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- Garlic salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Chop pineapple, green onions, mango, and parsley into small pieces. Place in bowl. Add in red pepper, lime juice, garlic salt and pepper and mix until combined.
- Fill artichoke halves with salsa and serve chilled.
