  1. In a small bowl mix honey and mustard together and set aside.
  2. Starting with cooked Brussels sprouts, thread sprout then sausage piece onto skewers (3 sprouts and three sausage pieces on each kabob).
  3. Grill kabobs on hot outdoor grill until grill marks appear on kabobs (3 to 5 minutes).
  4. Brush honey mustard on kabobs and remove from grill.
  5. Serve kabobs with honey mustard dipping sauce and enjoy.
