Ingredients
- ⅓ cup of honey
- 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
- One 13 ounce package of Turkey Kielbasa sausages, (cut into 24 pieces)
- 6 wood skewers (soaked in water)
- 1 bag of Ocean Mist Farms Value-Added Brussels Sprouts
Directions
- In a small bowl mix honey and mustard together and set aside.
- Starting with cooked Brussels sprouts, thread sprout then sausage piece onto skewers (3 sprouts and three sausage pieces on each kabob).
- Grill kabobs on hot outdoor grill until grill marks appear on kabobs (3 to 5 minutes).
- Brush honey mustard on kabobs and remove from grill.
- Serve kabobs with honey mustard dipping sauce and enjoy.
