Healthy, Hearty Cauliflower Slow Cooker Chili

An easy, healthy weeknight meal, featuring cauliflower, in one pot, that the whole family will love!

  • 1 head Ocean Mist Farms cauliflower, diced OR 1 bag of Ocean Mist Farms Value-Added Cauliflower Rice 
  • 1 Ocean Mist Farms fennel bulb, cored and sliced
  • 1 lb. ground turkey or beef
  • 1 package (1¼ oz.) chili seasoning 
  • 2 cans (14 oz. ea.) each diced tomatoes with green chili's, undrained
  • 1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
  • ½ tsp. ground allspice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, optional garnish
  • Ocean Mist Farms green onions, chopped for garnish


  1. Brown ground meat in large skillet, stirring to break up meat; drain fat.
  2. Place cooked meat and all the other ingredients, except cheese and green onions, in a 4½ quart slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours or on high 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Top each serving with cheese and green onions, if desired.
