Ingredients

  • 4 cups of Ocean Mist Farms Fresh spinach 
  • 4 cups of chopped Ocean Mist Farms Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cups of heirloom tomatoes (yellow, red, orange), baby, halved
  • 2 sliced peaches
  • 1 cubed avocado
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
  • To garnish, balsamic glaze, drizzle
  • To garnish, basil, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste 

Directions

1. In a large bow, add spinach, romaine lettuce, and olive oil. Toss until well combined. Evenly distribute salad onto four salad plates.
2. Evenly distribute tomatoes, peaches, and avocado. Sprinkle salads with feta cheese and pine nuts.
3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil. Salt and pepper to taste.
