In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and toasted sesame oil.
Open the bag of cauliflower and drizzle honey mixture over the vegetables.
Close the bag tightly. Cook for 3 minutes on high in the microwave, steam valve side up. Let stand for 1 minute.
Transfer cauliflower to a serving plate and top with sesame seeds and chives. Drizzle with additional toasted sesame oil and season with salt to taste.
