Hot Artichoke Dip

Dietary Preferences:



  • 2 cooked Ocean Mist jumbo artichokes hearts and stems, chopped
  • ½ cup romano cheese
  • cup chopped red onion
  • 1-3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 16, -inch thick French bread baguette rounds


  1. Place artichokes, cheese, and red onion in bowl. Mix in enough mayonnaise and sour cream to form thick spread (thickness and taste to your preference).
  2. Preheat broiler. Top each bread round with bruschetta. Arrange baguette rounds onto baking sheet. Broil until spread is heated through and begins to brown (about 2 minutes).
