Ingredients
- 2 cooked Ocean Mist jumbo artichokes hearts and stems, chopped
- ½ cup romano cheese
- ⅓ cup chopped red onion
- 1-3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 16, ⅓-inch thick French bread baguette rounds
Directions
- Place artichokes, cheese, and red onion in bowl. Mix in enough mayonnaise and sour cream to form thick spread (thickness and taste to your preference).
- Preheat broiler. Top each bread round with bruschetta. Arrange baguette rounds onto baking sheet. Broil until spread is heated through and begins to brown (about 2 minutes).
