Korean Stir-Fried Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 16-ounce bag of Ocean Mist Farms Fresh-Cut Brussels Sprouts Halves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil, divided
  • 1-2 red chili peppers, sliced into rings
  • 1/4 cup of premade Korean sauce
  • 1/4 cup of halved cashews
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with nonstick foil.
2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels Sprouts halves with two tablespoons of olive oil.
3. Add Brussels sprouts to a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
4. In a large pan, add one teaspoon of olive oil and heat to medium. Cook chili pepper rings for approximately 5 minutes.
5. Transfer Brussels sprouts to the pan with red pepper. Add sauce and stir until well combined.
6. Add cashews and stir into the mixture.
7. Plate and evenly distribute sesame seeds.
