Lemon-Garlic Aioli is a go-to lemon dip for fresh artichokes.
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup olive oil (light)
Salt and pepper
Tip: If your aioli is getting too thick, add either more lemon juice or a little water. If it is too thin, add a little more oil. The consistency should be thick and creamy.
