3 tablespoons high-quality ghee (or sub for grass-fed butter)
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
How To Cook Artichokes
Directions
Melt the ghee or butter until in liquid state
Add the lemon juice and stir well
*If using ghee, it will start to thicken up again at room temperature. Simply reheat to bring it back to liquid state if desired
