Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons high-quality ghee (or sub for grass-fed butter)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. Melt the ghee or butter until in liquid state
  2. Add the lemon juice and stir well
  3. *If using ghee, it will start to thicken up again at room temperature. Simply reheat to bring it back to liquid state if desired
