Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Ocean Mist Farms Value-Added Broccoli Florets
  • 6 medium shrimp, precooked
  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay Spice
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan, to garnish
  • Lemon wedge, to garnish

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, add the precooked shrimp and toss to coat with Old Bay Spice, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the Season & Steam bag.
  3. In the same bowl, add the melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic. Pour into the bag.
  4. Seal bag and carefully rotate to coat the contents of the bag.
  5. Steam in the microwave on high for 3 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove the bag from the microwave and allow it to sit for a minute before opening.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and squeeze a lemon wedge over top. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan to serve.
