Ingredients
- 1 Bag of Ocean Mist Farms Value-Added Broccoli Florets
- 6 medium shrimp, precooked
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Old Bay Spice
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan, to garnish
- Lemon wedge, to garnish
Directions
- In a small bowl, add the precooked shrimp and toss to coat with Old Bay Spice, salt and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the Season & Steam bag.
- In the same bowl, add the melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic. Pour into the bag.
- Seal bag and carefully rotate to coat the contents of the bag.
- Steam in the microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Carefully remove the bag from the microwave and allow it to sit for a minute before opening.
- Transfer to a serving dish and squeeze a lemon wedge over top. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan to serve.
