Ingredients

  • 2 bags of Ocean Mist Farms Value-Added Cauflower Florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped

Directions

  1. Steam cauliflower florets in the microwave according to package directions.
  2. Add the cauliflower to a food processor and process until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mashed cauliflower to a mixing bowl and add the butter, salt, garlic powder, and sour cream. Mix until combined. Mix in half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer mixture to a heatproof serving bowl and top with the remaining cheese. Heat in the microwave or oven just until cheese is melted. Top with bacon and chives.
