Pour into the bag of cauliflower rice and seal fully, turning over to fully coat the contents of the bag.
Steam in the microwave on high for 3 minutes, being mindful when you remove the hot bag, allow to sit for 1 minute.
While cooking, preparing veggies.
Transfer Cauliflower Rice mixture to a serving bowl and top with sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olives, fresh feta throughout, and additional fresh oregano to garnish.
