Ingredients
- 1 bag of Ocean Mist Farms Value-Added Floret Medley
- 10 Small Precooked Chicken Meatballs
- 1 Tbsp of Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- ¼ tsp of White Pepper
- 1 Tbsp of Shiro Miso Paste
- 1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce
- 2 Tbsp of Orange Juice
- ½ Tbsp of Mirin
- Sesame Seeds to Garnish
Directions
- Add the meatballs to the bag with the Broccoli & Cauliflower.
- In a small bowl mix together sesame oil, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, garlic, and pepper.
- Pour into the bag and seal the bag fully, turning over to fully coat the contents of the bag.
- Steam in the microwave on high for 3 minutes and mindfully remove, allowing to sit for 1 minute before opening.
- While cooking, in the same bowl, add miso paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, orange juice and mirin.
- Strain the liquids from the bag and transfer contents to a serving bowl.
- Add the sauce and mix to fully coat.
- Transfer to serving dishes and garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
