Ingredients
- One 10 ounces of Ocean Mist Farms Value-Added Spinach
- ½ Ocean Mist Farms fennel bulb (thinly sliced)
- One 12 ounce bag of Season & Steam Brussels Sprouts Shreds
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup of cooked crumbled bacon
- ½ cup of bottled raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing mixed with ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup of fresh mint (chopped)
- ½ cup of fresh basil (chopped)
Directions
- In large salad bowl add all ingredients (except bacon) and toss with raspberry/orange dressing.
- Garnish salad with crumbled bacon and serve with your favorite breakfast egg dish.
