Parmesan Black Pepper Chicken – Roastables Cauliflower Parmesan & Black Pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF.

Roastables:

  1. Follow the bag preparation instructions for the Cauliflower and place on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes until golden and tender.

Shrimp:

  1. Whisk together marinade ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
  2. Place shrimp in marinade for 30 minutes.
  3. After broccoli has been cooking for 10-12 minutes, remove from oven and transfer shrimp to the Roastables sheet tray and bake for 6-8 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Chicken:

  1. Combine olive oil, garlic, herbs, spices and salt in a large bowl. Mix until combined.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, cover, and let marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to two hours.
  3. Add chicken to the sheet tray with the cauliflower and roast for 18-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and top with crispy garnish.
