Dietary Preferences



  • 1 bag of Ocean Mist Farms Value-Added Floret Medley
  • ½ Cup of Gnocchi of Choice
  • ¼ Cup of Veggie Broth
  • ½ Tsp of Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 Small Piece of Parmesan Rind
  • 3-4 Tbsp of Pesto
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Fresh Grated Parmesan, Pine Nuts, and Fresh Basil to Garnish


  1. Place gnocchi in bag with Broccoli and Cauliflower and pour over chicken broth, season with salt and pepper and place parmesan rind in the bag and seal tightly.
  2. Steam in the microwave on high for 3 minutes.
  3. Mindfully remove the bag from the microwave and allow to sit for 1 minute before opening the bag.
  4. Remove the remaining parmesan rind and strain the liquids from the bag.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and coat with pesto.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh grated parmesan, pine nuts and fresh basil and enjoy!
