Roasted Garlic Balsamic Mayo

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

1 garlic bulb, roasted

1/4 cup Parmesan, grated

2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Directions

1. Squeeze the roasted garlic into a medium bowl and smash with a spoon until fairly smooth.
