Sheet Tray Dinner | Lemon Caesar Brussels Sprouts with Spiced Mediterranean Chicken

For the Brussels Sprouts:

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Follow bag preparation instructions for the Brussels sprouts and place on a baking sheet.

For the Chicken:

  1. Combine olive oil, garlic, herbs, spices and salt in a large bowl. Mix until combined.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to two hours.
  3. Add chicken to the sheet tray with the brussels and roast for 15-18 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and top Brussels Sprouts with crunchy garnish. Include a slice of you favorite sourdough bread.
