Ingredients
16 medium size Baby Artichokes, rinsed and trimmed
4-5 cloves fresh garlic, smashed
2 cups chicken broth
Directions
- With a sharp knife, cut prepared Baby Artichokes into quarters.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown artichokes and garlic, approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook until tender, approximately 10-15 minutes.
