Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) bag of Ocean Mist Farms SuperShreds Superfood® Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 heads of Ocean Mist Farms romaine hearts (rinsed, dried and chopped)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 (5 oz.) bag Caesar salad croutons

Directions

  1. In a large bowl add chopped romaine, SuperShreds and cheese.
  2. Toss with dressing and serve topped with Caesar croutons.
