Sweet Baby Broccoli Bruschetta
An easy and colorful bruschetta that you will make over and over again with our sweet baby broccoli!

Ingredients
1 (8 oz.) bag Season & Steam® Sweet Baby Broccoli
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch basil, chopped
½
cup olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Crostini bread, sliced
Directions
Microwave
Season & Steam® Sweet Baby Broccoli according to packaged directions. Let cool.
Chop cooked baby broccoli into bite size pieces and add to medium size mixing bowl.
Add all the other ingredients to bowl except the Crostini. Gently mix to combine.
Place bruschetta mixture in airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. Prepare up to 24 hours before serving.
To serve, spoon sweet baby broccoli bruschetta mixture onto Crostini bread. Enjoy!
