Slightly sweet Asian flavor profile can pair with familiar proteins such as salmon, chicken and tofu.



Ingredients
- 1 bag of Ocean Mist Farms Roastables – Sweet Sesame Brussels Sprouts Kit
- 2 lbs Salmon, cut into 4 filets
- 1 Green onion, chopped
- ½ teaspoon Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 cup Jasmine rice
Marinade
- ¼ cup Miso paste
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF
For the Brussels Sprouts:
- Follow bag preparation instructions for the Brussels Sprouts and place on a baking sheet. Roast for 15-18 minutes until golden and tender. Once cooked sprinkle with sesame seeds.
For the Salmon:
- Whisk together marinade ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Place salmon fillets in marinade for 1-2 hours.
- Remove salmon filets from marinade and transfer them to a sheet tray and bake for 15 minutes, until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 125-130ºF.
For the Rice:

- In a medium saucepan with a lid, combine rinsed Jasmine rice with 3 cups of water.
- Place saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until all of the water has been absorbed.
