Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Broccoli Florets
  • 1 3-4oz Salmon Filet, Skin on
  • 1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp of Avocado Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Sesame seeds to garnish

Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1 Tsp of Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp of Minced Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • ¼ Cup of Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Cup of Water

Directions

  • Add all teriyaki sauce ingredients to a small pot on medium low and simmer, whisking for 3-4 minutes until ingredients are fully mixed and sauce has thickened. Remove and set aside
  • Add salmon filet to bag with broccoli and pour over, soy sauce, avocado oil, salt and pepper to taste and seal the bag tightly. Turn over to allow sauces to cover contents of the bag.
  • Steam in the microwave on high for 4 minutes.
  • Remove the bag from the microwave mindfully and allow to sit for 1 minute.
  • Transfer contents of the bag to a bowl and pour teriyaki sauce over salmon and broccoli.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
